The Manager of Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is responsible for the overall quality and optimization of processes and enterprise content in support of NEIâs relocation program and services. The position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and designing the future state of business processes and utilizing creative thinking and innovative ideas to optimize business activity. BPM responsibilities include modeling, automation, execution, control, and optimization of business processes, in support of enterprise goals, spanning systems, employees, customers and service partners within and beyond enterprise boundaries. ECM responsibilities include effectively obtaining, organizing, maintaining, storing and delivering information to employees, business stakeholders, and customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall quality of business processes across the organization
- Manages a team of BPM, ECM, business analyst, and process QA analysts
- Monitors, evaluates and makes recommendations to enhance and automate processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and departments in optimization and quality of business activity
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and quality of relocation program policies, documents, and forms
- Ensures documents meet established content standards
- Manages testing to assess potential impact of recommended improvements
- Evaluate, prioritize, and manage projects, requests, and operational tasks
- Manages operational tasks for creation and maintenance of client information
- Leadership and supervisory duties
Required Skills:
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in a related area and/or at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) best practices and technologies
- Agile software delivery experience
- Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst experience of at least 3 to 5 years
- Experience with analyzing and modeling current and to-be business processes
- Significant ingenuity and ?exibility is required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead and guide employees
