    Looking for a manager to oversee both our Addison & Rolling Meadows locations. May be scheduled for a couple floor shifts to work the bar which would include tips for the hours worked. Manager will be responsible for hiring and making FOH & BOH schedules and also assisting with shift exchanges. Our staff only consists of bartenders & cooks. Other responsibilities will include: inventory of all beverages, ordering of beer/wine/alcohol/any mixers or bar supplies when needed, maintaining cleanliness & organization in each location, communication with owners regarding all aspects of the company. Part-time or full-time hours are possible based on efficacy and necessity.
