Digital Transformation Coordinator and Researcher
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- In coordination with the client Transformation Lab facilitate meetings, track progress, coordinate collaborative efforts, author reports and perform outreach;
- Work with the Digital Transformation Director to identify new transformation opportunities within client and with other agencies.
- Research via phone, in-person, and online as needed;
- Writing project reports, position papers, briefings, etc..
- Monitor and report on progress based on KPI;
- Monitor and report on project successes post deployment;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Serve as point of contact for stakeholders and project team members; and
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education
Associates or Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience as a program coordinator, researcher, or other relevant position may be substituted for a degree.
Experience
- One to three years of experience in project tracking, coordination, and reporting;
- Demonstrable organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Past experience researching and collaborating on published reports;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and exemplary relationship skills;
- Solid knowledge of G-Suite office software;
- Solid understanding of the use of Web 2.0 and mobile technology;
- Great organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- Comfortable running meetings;
- Assertive go-getter
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with web-based and mobile-based services
- Government, commercial, or academic research
- Project coordinator experience
- Project management experience
- Jira or trello (Kanban)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 /hour
Experience:
- Solid knowledge of G-Suite office software: 1 year (Preferred)
- Project Coordination: 3 years (Required)

- Solid understanding of the use of Web 2.0 and mobile: 1 year (Preferred)
