Our IT team is seeking an IT Project Manager to join the team in our downtown Louisville, KY office. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for various projects/programs across the Springstone platform. The incumbent will be responsible for instituting a project management program that provides direction, oversight, and a transparent view into Springstone’s portfolio of projects, and will have responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and resources for projects that support all aspects of Springstone operations.

Position Details

  • Demand Forecast and capacity planning related to active and proposed projects
  • Program / Project Governance and risk identification and tracking
  • Strong Delivery Management skills
  • Create / use metrics-based program/project management techniques
  • Optimal utilization of resources, including Project and Program Manager capacity
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure business commitments are met

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
  • 5 or more years of technical experience
  • 7 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (O365, Teams, Visio, Project)
  • Strong communications skills to all levels of the organization (Executive to Staff)
  • Extensive delivery / technical program management experience in large healthcare environments
  • Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions for the healthcare industry
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Working knowledge of clinical and healthcare business applications, including integration and interfacing applications
  • Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification is preferred
  • Experience in the health solutions industry is essential, behavioral health experience preferred
