Short Description:
The ERP Project Manager (EP) directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program.
Complete Description:
We are going to start gearing up our Workday implementation project and we are going to be in need of a Project Manager. We simply need a Project Manager, with large scale project management experience, who has experience with Workday implementation. The tasks that this project manager will be doing will be along the lines of:
Project Manager:
- At least 5 years of demonstrable large project Project Management Experience
- Demonstrable Workday implementation project experience
- Have HR/Finance experience and knowledge
- Proficient in the tools that support project management
- PMP certification desired
Day-to-day:
- Working with Workday, create a project plan for the project
- Monitor project tasks according to the project plan
- Evaluate deliverable for completeness and acceptance
- Create and maintain risk/issue log
- Provide project status updates to governance committees

Description
Question 1
The Contractor must report any disciplinary action, misdemeanor or felony convictions to the State for any temporary IT staff provided. Do you agree to this requirement?

Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI Management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that a resource can be reached during his or her absence. The client has the right to dismiss the resource if she or he does not return to work by the agreed upon date. See guidelines below and confirm candidate understands.

All requests for leave are to be submitted/communicated using the OCIO Time Off (eLeave) system. Minimum notice timeframes with greater advanced notice strongly preferred: 1-3 day planned absence: 2 weeksâ notice; 1-2 week planned absence: 4 weeksâ notice; Extended absences (2+ weeks): 6 weeks. Has this been communicated?
Question 8
OCIO contractor personnel are now required to undergo additional background check investigations (run by OCIO) before starting, requiring completion of several waiver forms & fingerprint processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for completing all the necessary waiver forms (CAI provide), scheduling and completing the fingerprinting process, and returning all completed items to OCIO for processing. Please confirm you have discussed this with your candidate, and he/she will comply if selected.
