Position Summary: To manage both residential and commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish, including bidding, ordering materials and equipment, overseeing people on the project, reporting, job costing, scheduling and dispatching the crews. Collaborate with foremen and vendors. Perform other job duties as required.
Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday with start time of 6.30am; overtime as required
Pay Scale: Up to $85,000 yearly salary DOE + Performance Based Bonus!

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug and background screens
- 3+ years of construction project management experience
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills, 3+ years’ experience managing people in a construction setting
- Intermediate computer skills including proficiency with MS programs Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
