Truepill is a B2B Pharmacy-as-a-Service that enables direct-to-consumer digital health businesses to ship medications to all 50 states. We provide a pharmacy API and pharmacy fulfillment from our locations in San Mateo and Hayward. Our customers include direct-to-consumer digital health, tele-health, and hardware companies that need medications shipped to their patients.
Truepill is seeking a Head of Warehouse that will be part of the Supply Chain Operations Team.
You will be responsible for the warehouse fulfillment, 3PL vendor relationships, budget creation, cost management, and supervision of a growing team of 20+ warehouse associates.
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights into spend categories, support automation, identify levers to drive efficiencies, develop and maintain spend and operations data, drive system and process improvements, and gather insights to establish best practices for Truepill’s Supply Chain.
You will lead the day-to-day supervision, development, and staffing of Truepill’s warehouse team, manage delivery schedules and inventory levels while closely working with pharmacy ops and our customers to ensure we meet best in class warehousing practices and report accurate inventory.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate inventory and prepare monthly inventory reports
- Maintain and administer warehouse policies and procedures
- Hire, train, and develop an effective staff that will perform at high efficiency
- Supervise hazardous waste activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure that warehouse is clean, orderly, and in good repair
- Manage infrastructure and critical support systems
- Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries
- Manage warehouse operating budget
We’re Looking For Someone With:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar disciplines
- At least 4-5 years of leadership experience in warehouse management
- Experience with pharmacy inventory management a plus
- Excellent supervisory, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on nights, weekends, or holidays to manage preventative and corrective maintenance, and emergency response activity
- Willingness to travel to different warehouses if necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 /year
