Head of Growth/e-Commerce

The Head of Growth will lead Fat Snax across all online channels (DTC + Amazon). They will oversee all digital strategy, including the management of customer acquisition, CRO, Amazon, and CRM/email. The Head of Growth will report directly to the CMO.

Day-to-day:

  • Own all aspects of performance marketing: drive new customer acquisition, retention efforts, and rapidly scale e-Commerce revenue profitably.
  • Tightly manage acquisition channels and relevant agencies, with 7-figure budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon & grow Amazon Seller Central business.
  • Optimize CRM & email/SMS marketing.
  • Test new customer acquisition strategies, including organic content, podcast placement, etc.
  • Report to CMO and CEO on overall performance against growth goals and campaign ROI; track trends and make strategic recommendations to ensure that we are continuously optimizing our efforts and providing growth in our programs.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years digital marketing experience
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central + Shopify DTC

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Bushwick) or remote for certain candidates
