The Head of Growth will lead Fat Snax across all online channels (DTC + Amazon). They will oversee all digital strategy, including the management of customer acquisition, CRO, Amazon, and CRM/email. The Head of Growth will report directly to the CMO.
Day-to-day:
- Own all aspects of performance marketing: drive new customer acquisition, retention efforts, and rapidly scale e-Commerce revenue profitably.
- Tightly manage acquisition channels and relevant agencies, with 7-figure budget.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon & grow Amazon Seller Central business.
- Optimize CRM & email/SMS marketing.
- Test new customer acquisition strategies, including organic content, podcast placement, etc.
- Report to CMO and CEO on overall performance against growth goals and campaign ROI; track trends and make strategic recommendations to ensure that we are continuously optimizing our efforts and providing growth in our programs.
Requirements:
- 6+ years digital marketing experience
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central + Shopify DTC
