The floor manager / manager will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a pawn shop. Daily tasks include the management of 2-6 employees, directing the flow of customers to employees for assistance, performing sales, taking payments, closing pawn transactions with customers, maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and inventory, daily reports and money reconciliation, and other duties required of management.
This position requires an individual that has past management experience, is dependable, has a clean criminal history background and reliable transportation.
Salary amount is based off an average work week of 47+ hours and does not include potential bonus incentives.
Previous experience in the pawn industry is not necessary to apply. We will train.
