The F135 International Production Program Manager is the prime customer interface for international programs, and is responsible for:
Working closely with the business development, site activation, sustainment, and operations groups to gain alignment and support international campaigns
Act as Deputy Business Acquisition Manager (BAM) for campaign and proposal activities prior to contract award
Manage execution of Industrial Participation projects awarded on LRIP/Lot contracts
Act as point of contact with JPO international country managers, and representatives of end users.
Alignment and execution of international program requirements and deliverables
Managing and tracking program metrics
Submitting critical program data
Managing multiple country unique projects of varying sizes and responsibilities
Tracking, mitigating and driving closure of international production risks
Supporting program level EV and IMS status at the customer Monthly Program Review
Briefing international production and project status to Senior Executive Leadership
This role will work very closely with the F135 Production Program Manager, F135 Production Chief, Operations Master Scheduling, Contracts, Business Development, Product Delivery Center and many other functions. Must have the ability to assess multiple sources of data and identify key limitations to meeting our delivery requirements in conjunction with the F135 Production Chief, Value Stream owners and CIPTs.
