As a Director System IT Associate Services you need to know how to:

Work closely with leadership to ensure Information Technology (IT) operational resources and priorities are aligned with business requirements, meeting a wide variety of customer needs and effectively facilitating company goals across all departments.

Lead IT Service Desk, Endpoint (Desktop/Phone), Major Incident Management, and Network Operations Center ensuring the right products and services are available for operations.

Lead IT operations delivery, provide technical leadership in regards to strategy and design, oversee 24/7 service needs and volume operations, and direct management teams in managing staffing levels and productivity.

Prepare the IT operations operational and capital budgets and identify strategies for short and long term cost reductions. Monitor and report the performance of the department against budget.

Develop annual operating plans, business plans for new services and changes in the organizational structure in the department. Present business plans, reports, and other statistical data to executive leadership team.

Oversee capital equipment purchases and instrument service contracts.

Identify and drive quality and performance improvement initiatives. Lead the team to establish mechanisms to design, measure, maintain, and improve the performance and quality of department services. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

ITIL certification

Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading IT operational teams supporting complex multi-regional environments.

Minimum of 5 years progressive supervisory or management level experience. Your next move
