Responsibilities

Director of Sales Responsibilities
Are you a natural mentor? Are you a commanding leader that understands how to guide a team to drive profits and can lead results consistently? As a Director of Sales for Express Stores, LLC you will oversee locations in from the Carolinas through Florida. You will be accountable for the success of this region to direct profitability, ensuring world-class customer service, loyalty of our guests while developing your leadership team to be their best.
  • Lead your Area Managers to ensure the success of their areas by continuous clear communications, training and development
  • Empowering your team to acquire the right talent through internal and external methods and coach on the best practices on team selection
  • Collaborate with the layers of support our organization offers to attain the best sales results
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of the store sales staff to accomplish sales, productivity and profit goals.
  • Review store sales and productivity data, recognizing sales trends and pivoting toward solutions that will maximize sales.
  • Serve as the primary link between Express Stores departments to your team by providing continual feedback and the needs of your respective region.
  • Clearly communicate to your Area Managers and Retail Store Managers our sales objectives, priorities, policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and ensure the integrity of your team’s operations in your assigned region
  • Extensive traveling will be required to ensure training and motivation of team is maintained
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Director of Sales Qualifications
  • College education or work experience commensurate with position
  • 3-5 years as Multi-Store leader in the wireless industry
  • Proven record of sales skills and leadership ability
  • Working knowledge of various computer programs and/or ease with technology
  • Due to nature of position and driving involved, a clean motor vehicle is necessary.
