Customer Success Representative – Project Manager
Build positive, client relationships by proactively engaging with them on current and potential work and anticipating/troubleshooting obstacles before they happen.
Maintain favorable client relationships.
Work closely with the installation team and clients to make sure projects are properly started and completed on time and on budget.
Assess and follow up on customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution.
Prepare and manage account service-related documents such as project estimates, timelines, project briefs, meeting agendas, and other communications and correspondence.
Manage the collection of required content and assets for all of your projects to set the project management team up for success.
Prepare and maintain required customer information and files in accordance with established procedures.
