We are looking for a seasoned Contract Manager to manage a large and complex security contract for a commercial client. The CM will be responsible for all aspects of the operational and contractual oversight of this operation. As Contract Manager, you will have to demonstrate excellent personnel management and security knowledge with a strong commitment to the mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The CM shall have complete authority to act for Contractor during term of contract.
- The CM will have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the contract quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with contract requirements.
- The CM shall be available during normal working hours and within 30 minutes by telephone or in person to discuss deficiencies. After normal duty hours or on weekends and holidays, CM shall be available within two hours.
- Serve as the focal point for the client for all contract activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the SOW.
- Ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or substantial and credible law enforcement, military or business management experience, which demonstrates individual’s capacity to effectively manage a security force and contract/task order equivalent to scope, magnitude, and complexity as described in this SOW.
- Specialized experience includes: project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
