Overview

Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for Engineering, Building, and Operating of Deutsche Bank’s Group Wide Network for all parts of the Bank. GNS supports the all aspects of the network infrastructure in over 2500 branches in 59 countries. All projects are undertaken within a team environment comprising of Network Deployment, engineering, operations and security departments. The Global Network Services team is looking for an Engagement Manger to engage and build strong, positive relationships with our technology partners. You will be the first point of contact for all escalations within the team, ensuring our partners remain fully satisfied with our services; to succeed in this role, you will need to be a client advocate who can influence and communicate effectively with Senior Level Executives.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all escalations within the Global Network Services team Guide and assist junior team members on issues they encounter. Actively train others in all areas of knowledge related to our space
• Project Manager with project planning, issue and risk management, stakeholder manager, and developing and delivering effective communication
• Identify project issues and risks and collaborate w/ the delivery team to mitigate
• Provide guidance and support to your project teams to enable their success throughout the project
• Manage all escalations within the Global Network Services team
• Establish regular communication with Clients to communicate deliverables, status, risks, and to provide strategic guidance

Skills You’ll Need:

• Direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and project life-cycle execution
• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager with experience directly managing and mentoring team members
• Experience working in a deep technology role enabling a clear understanding what needs to be delivered in our network estate
• Solid interpersonal skills w/ the ability to establish and maintain effective strong working relationships with both internal and external clients
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Sr. Management

Skills That Will Help You Excel:

• Background in IT Security or application profiling is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
• BSc/BA in Business or equivalent experience in technology field
