Business Operations Manager – The Role:
The Business Operations Manager serves as a critical hybrid role in daily business operations. This role will report directly to the team lead, implementing the systems and marketing plan created over the past 2+ years. They will provide full-cycle recruiting activities, general administrative office functions while assisting in growing the agent team. Assist with implementing and managing the marketing campaigns that move people through each stage of our sales & marketing funnels and deliver more highly qualified leads to our agents. Most important, is our follow-up systems. You will be required to analyze and organize the current systems making a streamlined and efficient process anyone can follow.
The ideal candidate is analytical, able to assist with business management and business development, managing lead Realtor’s daily schedule, ensuring operational compliance is followed and address administrative issues. They must be highly organized, have a mature work ethic with a calm demeanor. Position requires the ability to perform multiple tasks, quickly learn new systems and be competent with systems & project management. Must have extensive experience and be comfortable with technology, Mac and Microsoft based software.
Tasks include: Managing the real estate team, marketing plan implementation, creating and follow-through of lead management systems, and management of online business presence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to all levels of employees in resolving job, performance-related, general employee relations situations or issues.
- Schedules collaborate and performs weekly team meetings to review best practices, team production, and follow-up
- Performs general office duties
- Assists in administering, updating, and maintaining company policies and procedures in compliance as well as applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaign strategies and planning
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
- Identify efficiency improvements in team systems and bring new ideas to the table; work with the team to implement
- Review and revise current listing processes in the Standards of Practice manual
- Layout team building and business planning activities

Salary Benefits Schedule:
Monday through Friday, occasional hours on weekends, 35-45 hours per week
