Job Summary
Works with and coaches teams with the planning, managing, and delivery of capabilities and associated deliverable in support of organisational objectives. Act as liaison between stakeholders and team. Preparing the documnets like FRD,BRD Conducting GAP Analysis etc. Lead teams in using agile methodologies including Scrum to improve team effectiveness. Facilitate iteration (sprint) planning, lead work within individual sprints. Assist key business users (product owners) with backlog creation and prioritisation.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Visa : OPT/GC/H4 EAD/H1B/USC (Authorise to work in USA)
Eligibility: MS/BS: CS/IT/MIS/CIS/MBA/MS: BA Etc Experience: 1-3 yrs
