ExecTalentSource (ETS) is a management consulting firm that supports the expansion of non-profits and small businesses within the United States of America. ETS provides corporate strategy and business support services and helps companies advance their marketing and sales initiatives.

ETS is establishing a Board of Directors and seeks to obtain the support of 3 new members.

Need:
We are seeking individuals willing to make a commitment to the advancement of small businesses and non-profit organizations. No prior Board experience is needed, we are seeking committed, hands-on individuals with experience in the non-profit community or small business realm.

Role:
Board members serve a 1 year term and help shape the direction of the company by giving input on financial goals, strategic plans, program activities, Human Resources and advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Live within the DC/Baltimore area
  • Can attend monthly 2.5 hour meetings
  • Have a strong desire to support the advancement of small businesses or non-profits
  • Have experience owning, operating or doing business with a small business or non-profit
  • Is not in a position that will cause a conflict of interest by joining the board

Pay:
This is a volunteer position. ETS provides a $25 travel stipend to all attending participants.
