Responsibilities
- Timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.
- Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters
- Communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.
- Responsible for project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource management.
- Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years experience in HVAC and BACnet integration as it relates to building automation control system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications for communication and documentation.
- Capability of troubleshooting automation control systems pertaining to air distribution equipment, air handlers, valves, variable speed equipment, exhaust systems, lighting, chill water, and boiler systems
- Dedication to providing the customer with innovative and superior building automation solutions and outstanding customer service
