We are looking for a team member capable of handle multiple projects that could be spread out over several locales.

Responsibilities:

Work with senior project manager on national accounts.

Job duties include the following typical tasks for this position:

· Review and coordinate bidding for pre-construction RFP package

. Assist with bid evaluations and bidding

. Setting up budget controls for the project

· Conduct project meetings with field personnel and Owner’s reps.

· Process subcontract agreements, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, pay applications and contract change orders

· Schedules and monitoring

. Punchlist coordination and completion and Closeout documents for Cities and Owner’s

Qualifications:

· High school diploma required. Four-year degree within the construction, engineering, or business

· 5+ years’ experience with a commercial general contractor as PM or Superintendent

· Posses high organizational skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects.

· Our systems include Microsoft Office, including Projects, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. We use the management software ProCore

Experience:

• Commercial Construction: 5 years (Required)
• Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)
