Position: Administrative Services Director

YMCA Prince Georges County is currently hiring for an Administrative Services Director to manage day-to-day operations of administrative functions related to supporting membership transactions in the branch to include but not limited to: A/R, Financial Aid, 3rd party accounts, registrations, adjustments/credits, accounts payable etc. Oversee front desk staff and duties.

Job Summary:

Manages and oversees the accurate processing of all money in the AS/400 system from receipting to reconciling and depositing, in accordance with ASO policies and procedures. Oversees branch registration process and registrar to ensure that all program table files are created accurately and in a timely fashion. Trains front line staff on proper member management procedures and makes sure that all of the aforementioned are aware of current procedures and updates as they occur on an ongoing basis, ensuring the accurate processing of all payment transactions in the AS/400. Processes monthly renewals. Reviews and corrects monthly returned collection statements. Processes terminations. Processes adjustment/refund forms. Reviews and processes Financial Assistance applications. Audits and makes necessary corrects to new member files. Provides customer services to members via phone, email and in person regarding billing, collections, returns, bills, etc… Reviews denied access report and completes appropriate follow up. Maintains and manages petty cash. Other duties as required

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business. 3-5 years’ progressive office experience. Relationship building, facility management, fundraising, program planning and leadership experience. Able to maintain and manage confidential information. Knowledgeable of the organization, its policies, procedures, and programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
