Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as part of the Executive Leadership Team defining the business strategy, tactical strategy, and provide IT solutions to drive it forward.
  • Provide overall strategy for overall IT architecture including network and cloud management, cybersecurity, and backup and disaster recovery.
  • Develop and implement a data and business intelligence strategy that identifies the data, tools, and reporting to provide business intelligence metrics.
  • Lead and develop an IT Team of experts focused on continuous improvement to maximize the value of all enterprise software.

Qualifications

  • Strong alignment to Advenir Core Values.
  • Proven experience of 10 or more years of experience managing an information systems department in a medium or large size firm.
  • Experience building enterprise level data analytics and business intelligence capability.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to implement large and strategic IT initiatives on specific timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a strategy for data security and privacy.
  • Strong strategic skills to understand business goals and develop a data and technology strategy and roadmap to support those objectives.
  • Ability to communicate technical information that is succinct, accessible, and highly impactful across diverse audiences to mobilize users and achieve full adoption.
  • Proven experience in building a highly impactful, collaborative, and innovative IT Team.
