SUMMARY
The Vice President, Neurosciences and Cardiovascular Service Lines is responsible for the leadership, operations, quality, strategic planning and growth of Neurosciences and Cardiovascular services. Operational responsibilities include the clinic, diagnostic and treatment, program management, outreach and continuity of care across these two service lines. Specific functional areas include: outpatient clinics, catheterization labs, neurointerventional labs, neurodiagnostics, programmatic outreach and the neuro critical care and step-down units. The Vice President is responsible for the Marcus Stroke and Neuroscience Center, the Correll Cardiac Center, the Rollins Cardiac Clinic, Cardiothoracic, Vascular and Heart Failure programs.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Vice President will provide leadership to 240 employees, including 14 direct reports. The Vice President will be responsible for operational planning to maximize efficiencies, growth and program sustainability and to continue to elevate these services lines for excellence. The Vice President will drive achievement of organizational goals of clinical quality, patient satisfaction, employee engagement and financial strength. Success of this position will depend on strong collaboration across the health system.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s Degree Business or health related field

Eight (8) or more years of leadership experience in healthcare at the director level or higher

Experience in Neuroscience and/or Cardiovascular service Preferred
