Under general direction of the EVP, Group CFO, Pharmaceutical Distribution & Strategic Global Sourcing (“PDSGS”), the Vice President, Finance – Community & Specialty Pharmacy (CSP) is responsible for providing financial expertise and operational input across all customers within the CSP business channel. This role is responsible for pricing and financial negotiations with customers across both strategic accounts and field accounts, and works with sales leaders to develop account strategies, implement profitability improvements, and new commercial offerings. In addition, this role provides a broad range of financial support and analytics for the business unit.
- Partners with sales to provide financial leadership in support of the customer life cycle process through CPM analytics; responsible for deal development and negotiations.
- Integrates market dynamics, operational knowledge, and commercial strategy to develop annual budgets and 3-5 year long range plan projections.
- Provides oversight for all customer bid presentations with financial analysis and deal modeling. Brings standardization, consistency and quality oversight to the work of a broad group of finance team members.
- Works with leaders across PDSGS to expand and adapt the Customer Profitability modeling tool and integrate with other business profitability systems.
- Develops tools used to monitor marketplace changes for pricing and other deal attributes.
- Responsible for financial analyses pertaining to CSP’s overall performance and provides necessary support for additional deal modeling.
- Oversees additional financial support on related contracts as needed, including areas such as compliance and credit.
- Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed.

Requires BA/BS in accounting, finance, or other business related field; MBA and relevant healthcare experience preferred. Normally requires a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive financial experience.
