Inviting applications for the role of VP, Banking & Capital Market
The Partner of Risk Advisory will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of growth strategies by owning integration of analytics, digital, and consulting and working closely with the sales and operational teams.
This role reports to the North America Head of the Risk Practice.
This role requires a consulting executive with a successful track record of crafting and delivering vertically-specific risk and compliance advisory services in the Banking and Capital Markets sector for Tier 1 organizations. The candidate should be proficient in the fundamentals of advisory, client relationship management, consultative selling, solution offering formulation and leading delivery. The ideal candidate should bring deep industry expertise and be knowledgeable with both business process re-engineering and digital technology innovation in the banking and capital markets space. The candidate should have points-of-view regarding the challenges facing C-level executives within the sector and the solutions for the challenges.
Responsibilities
- Be a Business partner and an inspiring leader for our clients in their journeys
- Build meaningful internal and external relationships at the “C” level
- Co-create and scale up transformation solutions ensuring use of existing assets and collateral in existing delivery teams
- Partner with sales teams on go-to-market strategies and refine as needed to meet growth goals
- Facilitate the translation of clients’ agendas into new revenue opportunities
- Build a team, providing career development, emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Develop, coach and mentor subject matter authority teams to help execute commercial, sales and operations processes seamlessly
- Develop points-of-view, solution offerings and shape advisory offerings to client needs, with special focus on combined cross-service line offerings.
- Facilitate a one team approach within consulting and across Genpact organizations
- Align all consulting teams to build a unified team and approach to our customers
- Run practice profitability and staff utilization
- Lead pipeline generation, progression and closing of deals
- Review and perform quality assurance on consulting proposals
- Provide quality assurance on project delivery and monitor project profitability
- Actively participate in the management team
