Technological Department Manager

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; Master’s degree is preferred
• 2+ years comprehensive products development and management experience
• Thorough understanding of the product development lifecycle and its various implementations is preferred

Fengyuan Merchant Trading Inc. is looking for talented people to join our team to grow together! As Transportation Coordinator, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the works in Technological Department in providing the researching and consulting services; set timetable according to Fengyuan Merchant’s business plans.
• Lead the Technological Specialists to conduct research on the new solar panel technologies; develop new solar panel and products by utilizing the U.S. advanced technology and the first-hand market information.
• Hire, orient, and train engineers in conducting consulting and researching services; evaluate the specialists’ performances and ensure the continuing education in product developments.
• Direct Technological Specialists to communicate with U.S. partners about their business; assist the partners to gain the outsourcing contracts in China
