Sr. Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating software delivery projects.This individual will serve as the primary facilitator of all activities and deliverables between clients and eSolutions stakeholders, supporting the client relationship as primary contact. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, planning, monitoring and on time delivery. The Senior Project Manager will work predominantly with large strategic clients and vendor/partners, focusing on achieving the highest levels of client satisfaction, in addition to delivering results that drive eSolutions business goals.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manages communication between clients and eSolutions employees
• Overall project plan management – including client engagement, acceptance, deliverables, and risk mitigation
• Excels at building and maintaining collaborative environments across multiple teams
• Confidently and clearly communicates goals and objectives with all levels – from C-suite to entry level
• Organizes meetings and documentation in a professional manner for internal and client consumption
• Helps create/iterate implementation processes as solutions and the company evolve
• Represents eSolutions as a front-line representative of the company with clients and partners
• Follows eSolutions policies, maintains professionalism with internal and client stakeholders, performs all duties in a respectful manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven track record of successful Project Management (3-year minimum)
• Ability to travel when needed (up to 20%)
• PMP certification a plus
• Healthcare, Revenue Cycle, and/or Software experience a plus
