Software Project Manager

At Devblock, a boutique software development and consulting agency, we’re seeking an experienced software project manager to increase our delivery capabilities and help grow the company.

We often start our client engagements by consulting on user needs, product requirements, user experience and visual design, and we then implement and deliver custom software and integrations. Our clients are varied from startups to enterprise, and we build mobile and web applications in modern technologies. As a Project manager at Devblock, you will make real, direct impact to our clients’ businesses.

• Healthcare/EMR
• Education
• Operations and logistics
• E-commerce
• CMS
• Social media and membership networks
• Consumer electronics software

We’re looking for several qualities in a PM:

• Self-directed and proactive (driver/owner mentality vs. facilitator/coordinator)
• Demonstrated core capability of delivering software on time and on budget
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-service model
• Strategic expectations-setting experience
• Responsive and communicative
• A desire and ability to understand the client’s business, and partner with them to identify solutions that increase and improve their business
• An excitement about growing and improving an organization’s delivery and process execution
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
