GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITION
Under minimal supervision, directs, develops, implements, publicizes, and administers operations strategies and objectives to ensure achieving organizational goals and objectives. Supervises Executive Directors of multiple continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) with cumulative responsibility of at least $65 million of revenue. Responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction; achieving performance standards; achieving financial objectives and budgetary compliance; ensuring legal and regulatory compliance; and positive team member morale for the region.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education – Bachelor degree required with a major in a discipline concerned with management, such as hospital administration, business or public administration, gerontology, property management or a related field; Master’s degree desirable.
Experience/Training – Over six (6) years of experience in a field related to multi-level facility administration at a senior administrator level; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations –Residential Care Facilities for Elderly license required.
Preference to candidates that reside in the Central or Southern California Regions.
