  • Ability to operate office equipment such as a copier and fax machine
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Bachelor degree
  • Must pass a drug test and background check

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lease apartments quickly
  • Answering phones
  • Show apartments
  • Sign leases with tenants
  • Filing paperwork
  • Assisting residents
  • Inspect make ready vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
  • Completing move in &move out procedures
