Job Description
Estimating and Managing Commercial and Residential site work projects including but not limited to:
- Sequencing of work and creating effective project schedules and cost estimates
- Adhering to bid contracts and deadlines
- Project cost control and change orders
- Managing multiple projects
- Working Closely with contractors, clients and team members
The candidate will also have:
- A general understanding of all construction trades
- Knowledge of construction industry practices, methods, process and standards and their impact on project activities
- CAD understanding a plus
- Microsoft Office
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple project and work well under deadline and budgetary pressures
- 5-10 yearsâ experience in Site Work with 3+ yearsâ experience in estimating
