    In this role, you will be the center of complex initiatives. You will be the common thread – managing scope, schedules and deliverables on all initiatives. In addition, you’ll support the account teams in representing their awesome work to our clients.

    As Project Manager, you’ll help define scope and budget, manage key milestones, timelines, and deliverables. And, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables connect with creative intent, meet time specifications and quality goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and defining scopes in partnership with Account, Design and Production leads; lead the development of Statements of Work (SOW).
    • Use proven project management tools to set and manage timelines.
    • Work with our resource management team to establish staff plans, align planning/creative/producer needs and project staffing requirements.
    • Oversee, manage, and communicate the status of multiple initiatives to/with clients and colleagues.
    • Ensure the quality and consistency across all projects is consistent with industry best practices.
    • Author and maintain project schedules, project briefs, cost estimates and project financial management (OOP & fee) and other relevant project documentation with input from team members.
    • With oversight from senior company leaders, partner with Finance team to ensure projects stay on budget, fees are appropriate, and SOWs are approved.
    • Work with our business leaders to ensure all third-party talent aligns with business requirements.
    • Raise scope creep to your supervisor, creative director, and account teams; manage SOW change order procedures as warranted.
    • Provide project status on a regular basis to the project team(s) and clients.
    • Work with the account and discipline Leads to resolve project-related issues; escalate larger project issues and risk to your supervisor.
    • Balance a sense of urgency with a calm and confident leadership at all times.
    • Invest in the well-being of the integrated team by deploying resources smartly and empowering our team to do the best possible work they can.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Three to five years Project Manager experience in a creative agency environment
    • Ease of working with industry standard Project Management tools
    • Ability to create a new Project Management system/process
    • Ability to run an existing Project Management system/process
    • You have your own approach/insights/nuances to your own Project Management system/process
    • Ability to work independently as well as with the team on-site at our Seattle office in Pioneer Square
    • Enjoy client management and relationship building
