5 Drawings/Specifications
6 Insurance
7 Cost Analysis / Cost Variance
Project Management:
1 Oversee Project Budget
2 Input and update Project Schedule
3 Purchasing of Contracts/Material
4 Review of Contracts/Change Orders
5 Review of scopes with field staff
6 Review of payment requisitions
7 Distribution of payment
8 Prepare Hard Cost bank package
9 Project Staffing
