PROGRAM DIRECTOR – RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
BRONX RESIDENCE
Seeking a Program Director that will be responsible for the oversight of the residence’s operations 24/7, ensures site is in compliance with all regulatory agency requirements as well as PCMH’s Policies and Procedures, and maintains a professional environment to enhance service delivery. Position requires a Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience working with seriously mentally ill and/or homeless population. Must have excellent organizational, written and communications skills. Must be outcome oriented in a fast paced environment with deadlines. Must take initiative and pride in the execution of job responsibilities Experience working in a residential program is required. Knowledge of OMH Licensed Housing Standards, OMH Supported Housing Guidelines, and DOHMH OPRE standards is preferred. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office and internet search engines and sites.
