Your Role: Manages the daily operations of all supply chain functions. Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide or support operational effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies and resolves supply chain issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Manages operational productivity and quality.
  • Optimizes supply utilization and communication across teams.
  • Implements standardization programs for all supply chain functions.
  • Actively seeks ways to supply reduce costs.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT (ADVANCED):– Monitors material movement into and out of stock, reconciles inventory balances, and maintains adequate inventory levels.

LEADERSHIP (INTERMEDIATE):– Formulates a vision while motivating & guiding employees promoting engagement. Leaders state precise goals, ensures the commitment of individuals to those goals, defines the methods of measurement, and provides the incentive to accomplish measureable outcomes.

OPERATIONS PLANNING (INTERMEDIATE):– Anticipates resource needs to meet objectives and implements appropriate processes.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (INTERMEDIATE):– Interacting, communicating, building relationships and developing employees.

COMPLIANCE (INTERMEDIATE):– Understanding the rules, regulations, sanctions and other statutory requirements, guidelines and instructions relating to governing bodies and organizations, both internally and externally.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT (NOVICE):– Developing a systematic process of checking to see whether a process or service is meeting specific requirements.

Basic Qualifications


Position Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 5 years relevant experience
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Inventory Management experience
Preferred:
  • Supply chain experience in Medical Field
  • Valid TN Driver’s License with F Endorsement
Position Shift:
  • 40 Hours
  • Day Shift
