The Director of Identity and Access Management has responsibility for identifying tools, technologies, teams, and identity services globally. Leveraging leading technologies such as SailPoint, the Director will work collaboratively across the enterprise to integrate identity management solutions that improve our security posture while equally improving the end-user experience. In the rapidly changing world of security and technology, the right candidate will focus on innovative and automated solutions to meet and exceed strict regulatory compliance requirements in a Financial Technology company. Working with IT and IS leaders, this leader will drive seamless integration into all of our critical business services while simplifying the authentication processes. We are looking for a strong leader of people with an exceptional understanding and subject matter expertise in identity management strategies such as; Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Account Management, password vaulting, role-based access, and Just-in-time provisioning. This is a highly visible leadership role with a strong emphasis on deployment and consolidation. The right candidate must have a customer-focused, team-oriented, approach that balances security needs and user experience to provide best-in-class identity security to the organization. To be clear, the selected candidates will be working on deployments and consolidations of technology vs. being primarily operational. What Part Will You Play?
Develop a global strategy for Identity and Access Management while ensuring scalability, resilience and superb end-user experience
Direct and guides the IAM engineering and governance teams on major global project initiatives
Deliver a role-based access solution to the enterprise from design through implementation
Own the identity management policies and processes globally, maintaining applicable compliance in a Financial Technology company across our business segments (i.e. PCI, SOC, GLBA)
Work across IS and IT teams to deliver IAM best practices for on-premise and cloud-based solutions for employees, contractors, vendors, and customers
Lead the architecture and design of identity solutions for the enterprise in a highly complex environment with a blend of legacy and innovation platforms
Create a healthy maintenance cycle for existing solutions to ensure they are up to date and weâre fully leveraging the solutions
Have excellent verbal and written skills and be comfortable presenting ideas and issues to different levels within and outside of the organization, to include; executive leadership, customers, auditors, governance committees, etc.
Have a demonstrated track record for building and leading exceptional teams through collaboration, mentoring, skill training and transition of technologies and processes as technologies and compliance requirements evolve.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology with a Security focus.
Related professional experience including a minimum of 5-6 years experience in a managerial position
Experience in deployment of Identity and access management in large, global enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
Expert level Identity Access Management experience using SailPoint or similar tools
