North Central Michigan College – Director of Corporate and Community Education (CCE)
Reports to: Vice President of Academic Affairs and Student Success
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provides overall management and direction for all activities in Corporate and Community Education. Hires, supervises, evaluates, recognizes, disciplines and develops all CCE employees in accordance with the College’s objectives, goals, policies, procedures and practices.
Conducts self in a professional manner promoting statesmanship in all interpersonal interactions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) with coursework in business. Three (3) years professional experience working with business and industry, government and volunteer organizations. Excellent interpersonal communication, written and oral communication skills, and substantial experience with business computer applications, budget management, sales and supervision of employees. Requires knowledge of and commitment to the community college mission.
