GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
– You have start-up or management consulting experience
– You have hands-on developer skills (ideally 2+ programming or creating a product)
– You can design and develop a long term sustainable system with minimal tech debt
– You have some experience managing people
– You are fluent in English
– You are an efficient communicator
– You have the drive to make things happen and are not afraid of risks and challenges
– AI exposure is a “nice to have”
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Build up the technical side of our firm
– Be part of all strategic decisions at Avomind
– Developer a high quality product and be able to adjust to very fast changing environment and client needs
– Enable great user experiences. We hold a really high-bar to it and it’s not just the designer’s job, it’s everyone’s job
– Wear multiple hats and jump between projects & tasks
– Take ownership and can work independently or in small teams
-Identify new opportunities, tools, and services to improve our overall process and products
