Job Requirements
Typical work shift is 10:30 – 8pm; and usually off every Sunday plus a day during the week. Must learn opening and closing duties. Must be able to communicate with customers and upsell to build sales. 95% of this job is in front of the customer making pizza. Must be interactive and customer focused. Only about 5% of the job is doing manager tasks.
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Two years of restaurant experience
- Have the ability to create a GREAT work environment
- Be able to work a variety of shifts and weekends; typical schedule will be during busy and high customer counts. Must be able to work both morning and evening shifts.If you can’t work these shifts; then do not apply for position. Instead, Apply for an associates position.
- Oversee employees to ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Make all food items to the high-standards of the Franchise and ensuring they are Perfect for the customer each and every time.

- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and lobby areas
- Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- Ensure that proper security and safety procedures are in place to protect employees and guests, as well as company assets
- Effective Communication!!
- Communicate with all management in a way that provides smooth shift transitions, operations and overall operational awareness
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- No visible tattoos, facial hair or piercings in the tongue, lip or nose
- Must be able to work up to a 10 hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
- Will be required to lift up to forty pounds during the course of a workday
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of individuals and guest needs
- Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, occasional use of a ladder etcâŚ
