Position Overview

Working for the Solutions Group Manager, Sales & Production Support, the Sr. Technical Project Manager will interface with sales, and estimating for the development of complex solutions within specific parameters and then ensure that the job is delivered to the client at a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales, graphic designers, mechanical designers and production to deliver completed projects on a timely basis.
• Review client requirements and site surveys to accurately determine requirements for manufacturing and installation.
• Produce project schedules for all phases of manufacturing and installation of projects.
• Manage vendors, and onsite subcontractors.
• Provide Manager weekly reports on status of projects.
• Work closely with various departments on a collaborative basis to deliver projects with excellent quality on a timely basis.
• Site visits for initial surveys and final walk throughs with client. Travel may be required to perform these tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to learn the project and production processes.
• Proficient with CAD platforms such Autocad, Rhino 6, Sketchup, Fusion 360, Solidworks, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keyshot 7 ect.
• Ability to think through issues and present solutions to problems both internally and externally.
• Ability to interface with clients in the field who seek suggestions and advice on best practices for print & fabrication projects.
• Experience with companywide software systems
• Candidate must possess excellent verbal, written and illustrative communication skills.
• Ability to process projects from start to finish.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail & high quality standards client requirements and the related costs.
• Strong communication ability and projection of a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Excel and other MS programs.
