SET SEG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple, concurrent projects for departments across the organization. The work involves managing business software implementations, process redesigns, and IT infrastructure projects. The position requires strong collaboration with team members, sponsors, and stakeholders across SET SEG to influence decision-making, assess and mitigate project risks, and drive for successful project completion. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform project management, including prioritization, resource, and time estimates
- Provide leadership and direction for cross-functional teams
- Delegates tasks effectively and according to staff experience and skill levels
- Proactively anticipates and resolves problems
- Creates conditions and processes to support change
- Supports efforts leading to strategic planning and setting of technical direction
- Comprehends and distills issues, identifies problem factors, determines appropriate information, checks assumptions against facts, and generates solutions
- Promotes cooperation and effectively manages relationships
- Able to work independently, requiring limited direction from more senior staff or management
Required qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
- 5+ years in project management experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus across teams
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience in the information technology industry demonstrating technical or business expertise, and resolution of complex technical or business issues
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly and to understand technical information and communicate it to others using clear, concise, and user-friendly language
