    Job Description :

    Scrum Master / BA

    Location: Bentonville, AR

    Duration: 1 year contract with the possibility to convert full time

    An employer in Northwest Arkansas is looking for Scrum Masters with a Business Analyst background or experience. Resources will be joining teams that support many different web and mobile apps and handle the delivery and deployment of these apps. Must have strong agile experience.

    Experience:

    • 5+ year’s experience as a Scrum Master in a large scale professional environment supporting Agile Development Teams
    • Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
    • Strongly serving the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers
    • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
    • Leading daily stand ups
    • 2 week sprints
    • Solid understanding of the SDLC
