Job Title: Regional Critical Facility Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Build and lead a world class Mission Critical Operations team with diverse talents and skill sets. The Mission Critical Operations team is responsible for services, operations support, network operations support, and supporting infrastructure. Make d ecisions with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsible for the profit and loss of the assigned contracts.
Ultimately responsible for ensuring contract and regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
Subordinate supervisory responsibilities.
Develop and review Statement of Work Agreements, Construction Contracts, Managed Services, design/build contracts, and conduct site studies.
Manage customer business reviews
Coordinate with technical operations team for technical problem resolution.
In conjunction with the Director of Mission Critical Solutions, establish ABM’s strategic approach to Mission Critical growth and operations.
Anticipate and resolve Mission Critical growth and scaling issues before they occur.
Develop metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure organizational performance and develop strategies for continuous optimization.
Establish strong business relationships with internal and external partners. Break down functional silos to foster a transparent and collaborative business unit.
Facilitate key meetings and other communication instruments to align executive and senior leadership on Mission Critical status, growth roadmap, and key cross-functional initiatives.
Identify, track, and prioritize key risks.
Develop mitigation strategies to counter risks.
Establish processes and workflows to transition from reactive responses to proactive and planned services.
Ability to perform TCO (“Total Cost of Ownership”) analysis for competing complex options and temporary Mission Critical options. (Ideal candidate can perform this TCO analysis, while also possesses an understanding of Mission Critical – Total Life Cycle Costs.)
Job Requirements:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required.
Master’s degree (MS) in technical field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Mission Critical Environment
Deep understanding of Mission Critical power and cooling infrastructure, of network and cabling infrastructure.

Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
The position requires frequent prolonged sitting in an office environment. The employee will be frequently required to turn head and torso, bend and flex arms, wrists, and fingers, reach with hands and arms, lift or move objects weighing 10 lbs. or more. Position requires that employee have full use of eyes and ears and full power of speech.
