Association of Alexandria Radiologists, PC (AAR), a large private practice serving 11 locations, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, experienced Radiology Center Director to oversee our outpatient facility located in Alexandria, VA.
The Director is a member of the senior management team & has direct responsibility for oversight and daily operations of the clinical site. This position is responsible for the supervision of all technologists and clerical staff at the center. Modalities offered include general radiology, mammography, bone density, ultrasound and numerous vein/ vascular procedures.
The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving & computer skills. Must be results oriented & able to plan, direct, organize & control activities. Applicants must have BS/BA, a minimum of 2 to 3 years of managerial experience including administrative & budgetary duties. Previous MQSA, ACR accreditation, PACS and RIS experience helpful.
