    TIELLO has partnered with a highly successful Custom Home Contractor in Los Angeles on their search for a Project Manager to work on Custom Luxury Homes in Los Angeles, CA.

    The Project Manager will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects quality management, day-to-day financial management, and subcontractor management. You will engage day-to-day with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Designers, Building Management, Subcontractors and members of the broader Project Team. Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Title: Project Manager

    Project Types: Residential, Custom Homes, Luxury, High-End Homes, Penthouses

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for day-to-day operations, subcontractor management and overseeing client relationships
    • Assist superintendent with site coordination,
    • Work with project managers and design professionals on schedule, change orders, & RFI’s

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BS in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture or similar is preferred
    • 5-10 years of experience working on residential high end and luxury construction projects
    • Timberline/Sage and Microsoft Office
    • Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to details and ability to work independently
    • Excellent critical thinking, detail oriented, problem solving, mathematical and sound judgment skills
