Reporting to the Assistant Director, this position will be responsible for the development and implementation of program activities for three seasons public program at Clearpool and Green Chimneys summer camps. The Program Manager will oversee all curriculum development for each group of students, participate in fairs/events to increase market awareness, develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations, train and supervise full-time and temporary staff, and handle the day to day operations of the Three Season Program and Summer Camps.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, but will consider non-degreed candidate with equivalent experience. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ administrative experience; 2 years’ supervisory experience; and experience working in Outdoor Education and/or camp programs. The Program Manager must have Responding to Emergencies and CPR for the Professional Rescuer OR the ability to obtain certification within the first 3 months of employment.
