Program Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Service Delivery Program Manager to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with NTS. The Program Manager, will be responsible for managing enterprise level technology projects, developing an understanding of business needs for the various departments and business units. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing different projects to produce results in a timely manner. You should also be able to develop efficient management strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities:

· Provide program management to plan, manage, monitor and control IT operations, service delivery, and optimization and modernization initiatives.

· Work closely with strategic service delivery partners, subcontractors and independent contractors.

· Provide project status reports, monitor and track entire project lifecycle, leverage MS Project reporting tools and be accountable for overall project success. This includes full financial assessment and responsibility of project profitability.

· Manages projects for a large, complex delivery orders.

· Produce monthly status reports detailing activities, problems, corrective action, and IT operational reports

· Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day logistical operations.

· Work with customer management personnel, COR and CO on any required contract modifications.

· Responsible for the overall administration of specific delivery order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the delivery order are implemented in a timely manner.

· Requires familiarity with the FAR, contract management, financial systems, procurement, and corporate management practices.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desired.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

· ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification ITIL v2 or v3.

· Technically proficient – conversant in modern engineering, network, and cloud solutions

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent organization and analytical skills.

· Public Sector experience.

· Must have experience with project management software such as MS Project, Jiri, or other applications.

· Knowledge and experience in international logistics.
