* Applicant must have at least 5 years of production management in the frac sand industry with knowledge of the industrial sand industry.
* Experience in both wet and dry plant operations.
* Monitor production levels and verify they are maintained safely and on schedule.
* Oversight of all aspects of plant production, QAQC and Load Out.
* Working knowledge of MSHA regulations; must possess a commitment to safety.
* Demonstrated leadership and management abilities to manage and motivate plant personnel.
* Must be organized, dedicated and possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
