    We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Executive Center Director for our childcare center in Coppell, Texas. This job requires experience in leading and managing a large childcare center.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure compliance with safety standards of children and staff.
    • Manage local and state licensing regulations and ensure state compliance and record keeping.
    • Serve as the leader for the center, maintaining great morale and addressing staffing issues in a prompt and responsive manner.
    • Ensure appropriate center staffing, new hire training, and on-going staff development.
    • Enforce school policies and procedures.
    • Supervise and assist staff in early childhood curriculum.
    • Regularly monitor each classroom and provide ongoing feedback to teachers.
    • Lead marketing efforts to grow the center enrollment.
    • Provide effective tours to potential families to drive enrollment.
    • Oversee the purchasing of supplies, tuition billings and collections.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    • Experience in child-care center management
    • A degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field required
    • Possess or be able to obtain prior to employment a Texas Child Care Director’s License through DFPS Child Care Licensing
    • Excellent staff management skills
    • Must possess or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification prior to employment
    • Must possess or be able to obtain Food Manager certification prior to employment
    • Very thorough knowledge of Texas State licensing
    • Revenue and enrollment oriented
    • Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills
    • Computer literate in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Proficient writing and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to concentrate on multiple tasks at a time
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to handle stress and perform well under pressure
    • Professional demeanor
    • Comfortable with public speaking
