Responsibilities:
Process and ship online orders.
Coordinate with all store regularly to confirm inventory levels.
Managing exchanges for online orders to ensure customer retention
Making sure that all links are working and updating the database when needed.
Ensuring new items are added to online inventory
Regularly updating inventory levels on the website.
Regularly auditing online store to immediately correct errors in pricing, grammatical errors and images
Help pull orders for wholesale accounts
Be able to promptly and politely reply to customer emails within a 24hr time frame
Any other tasks that may be assigned to meet company goals.
Requirements:
Highly organized and have excellent time management and execution skills.
Must be a quick thinker who can problem solve on their feet.
Thrives in a collaborative + independent environment.
Proficient in Shopify, Vend, Google Sheets, Google Docs or other project management tool.
Takes Initiatives and runs with it.
Ability to work with a team.
Possesses the ability to meet deadlines.
Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Be familiar with SEO or search engine optimization skills to promote the online store.
